Best rental software I've ever used

I've worked with several versions of vacation rental software and this is by far the most user friendly. Having the ability to track rental payments is great and having a daily office report automatically emailed saves a lot of time and paperwork. Anytime there is a glitch or I have an issue with something, I can email the host and he gets back to me with a resolution right away.

Software that's in this ERA

This is probably some of the more advanced software that I've used for handling rental homes. We have used a lot of software like quicken, rent manager etc, but this software fills our need for a ton of features missing in all those others.

I highly recommend you try this software out.
